my stay was a delightful surprise, far exceeding my previous experience in long crendon. the cozy double room with a private bathroom was both charming and spacious. breakfast included a mouthwatering poached egg on toast, and the owners were incredibly considerate with their service.

I had an awesome stay! The room was super cozy, with some fab homemade biscuits waiting for me. Breakfast was cooked perfectly, and the veggie tempura at dinner was to die for! Just a heads up, the bathroom was kinda small compared to the room size. a lovely little gem for a relaxing getaway.

Perfect spot for a single getaway

The location was perfect for the area and the restaurant was absolutely lovely. I had the double baked cheese soufflé for dinner and it was to die for, absolutely delicious—I could've eaten it forever.

Wasn't exactly a bargain, but what do you expect for this quality?
